Job Description

We are hiring for one of our client for the role of Team Lead-Inside Sales (B2C) role based out at Pune location. PFB the details:

Role: Team Lead-Inside Sales (B2C)

Location: Pune (Baner)

Must Have skills:

Strong understanding of
B2C inside sales process
Ability to achieve and exceed
sales targets & revenue goals
Negotiation & deal-closing skills
Team management & performance monitoring
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Manage the overall running of the sales team.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a companys customer base and solidify its presence.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses.
Build business by organizing sales visits for existing leads, identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
Identify business opportunities by identifying new channels and channel partners.
Sell by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and upselling solutions.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; recommending profit and service improvements.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.

Requirement –

MBA & B. Tech / M.Tech Degree required
2-5 years Prior Experience in team handling & Inside B2C Sales Has sound business judgment, and sales skills.
Solid interpersonal, communication, and customer service capabilities.
Potent leadership qualities.
Exceptional organizational, creative, and resource management capabilities.
