It is crucial to collaborate closely with the divisional team to ensure the successful implementation of GTM plans. Additionally, you will need to identify and collaborate with external agencies and vendors to drive the Rural agenda and implement processes and technology in channels to enhance Marico's competitive edge. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong functional understanding of GTM and Route-To-Market strategies for Rural, Urban, and New Channels. Your ability to influence and network effectively, coupled with your knack for identifying opportunities and analytical thinking, will be key assets. Demonstrating solid business acumen is essential for success in this position. Your reporting relationships will involve reporting to the Sales Development Head upwards and overseeing an Executive downwards.
