Input & Integration Lead

Your responsibilities will include: - Daily monitoring of inbound integration and associated error reports. - Providing documentation and knowledge sharing to meet audit requirements. - Offering direction and solutions for problem identification and resolution. - Serving as an escalation point between vendor partners and bp for process issue resolution. - Collaborating with product owners to resolve integration failures and identify IT/Solutions issues.
