Innovation Program Manager

We are seeking an Innovation Program Manager to join our Corporate Innovation team. You will work directly with corporate clients to ensure deliverables are met according to the scope and budget. We are seeking a creative and dedicated individual who will align with our agile and collaborative culture and who is comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

In direct collaboration with the Director of Innovations:

• You will be responsible for end-to-end project management for the assigned innovation project, which includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, troubleshooting, managing project operational parameters, and people management.
• Responsible for full process oversight of the projects, including overall quality, operations budget, and schedule for the project.
• Manage multiple projects at a time and prioritize workload within the group to ensure that project timelines are met.
• Ensure the project team is adequately resourced to achieve project goals.
• Lead all project stage reviews and sign-offs from the primary point of contact for all extended and external projects.
• Timely communication with the Leadership team on Project Updates/risks along with mitigation plans.
• Identify potential impacts to project budget, schedule, and quality.
• Responsible for tracking and ensuring KPIs of the project are met.
• Project reports on slides and sheets to the team and the client.
• Generate and continuously maintain reporting data for respective projects, reporting to upper management as necessary.

Must-haves

• At least 4-6 years of experience as a project manager in the innovation space (Accelerators, innovation hubs, business consultancy, design agency)
• Experience in client/project management in a corporate set up, with past consulting experience a plus
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial nature and capable of both taking full control of their projects and questioning themselves.
• Resilient people determined to go the extra mile, allowing them to achieve excellent results without frills, by redoubling their efforts and creativity.
• Be passionate about new technologies and innovation
• Be able to design beautiful slides and presentation decks
• Open to working in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Candidates with an Engineering background preferred
