Infrastructure Engineering Lead Analyst – SharePoint & Power Platform

If that sounds like you then you’ve landed in the right place. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Smartsheet Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The Reporting Lead Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing reporting for the Smartsheet application, so our users are able to understand consumption, cost owners, reallocate licenses, data visualization, trend reporting, among other tasks. The candidate will work closely with adjacent technical and business areas. Candidates will have a strong background in data analysis, AI literacy, and report visualization, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills

< >Plan and execute migration project from on-premise SharePoint servers to SharePoint Online. Assess existing SharePoint environments and available web applications and develop migration strategies based on business requirementsRewrite InfoPath forms into Power AppsCoordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful migration of data and content. Perform data mapping and content inventory to identify and categorize site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions. Develop migration scripts and tools to automate the migration process and minimize downtime. Design and replace existing SharePoint designer workflow and infopath forms using Power Automate/Power Apps Identify appropriate alternate solutions for custom sites that can include server side customization including but not limited to event handlers, web parts and timer jobs. Test and troubleshoot migration processes to ensure data integrity and security. Provide training and support to end users on using SharePoint Online features and functionalities. Document migration processes, best practices, and lessons learned for future reference.

Education:

< >Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Overall, 5-8 years of experience required

Experience:

< >Minimum of 7 years of experience in SharePoint migration projects. Proficiency in SharePoint Online administration and migration tools. Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, site structure, and permissions. Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
