About the Role

IT Recruiter (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (junior to senior level).
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and selection processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation support for selected candidates.
• Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (agency or corporate).
• Strong understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Full Stack, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily/weekly targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
