Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for IT positions (Developers, QA, DevOps, Analysts, etc.).
• Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
• Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases/ATS and ensure accurate updates.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation.
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
• Follow up with candidates through each stage of hiring.
• Learn IT technologies and hiring trends through training.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering graduates (B.E/B.Tech) strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT terms (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace).
