Job Title: IT Recruiter Location: Chennai (Work from Home / Onsite) Experience: Fresher / Experienced (0–3 years) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven IT Recruiters to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical talent across various roles. This position is open to both freshers and experienced recruiters , with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite in Chennai . Key Responsibilities: Understand job requirements and source candidates using job boards, social media, and other platforms. Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR or related field preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
