Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dharwad for an Information Technology Recruiter. The Information Technology Recruiter will be responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process, which includes sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
