Information Technology Project Coordinator

We are looking for someone with 1+ years of experience in planning and delivering software projects - Mobile App, Web Apps.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐨 -

★ Understand the project’s business requirement, and explain the same to the development team.

★ Oversee a team of project coordinators, designers, developers and assist them to deliver projects on-time and with quality.

★ Identify delivery risks and mitigate the same proactively to meet project budget and timelines.

★ Provide or arrange consultations to the client as and when required.

★ Conduct daily Scrum ceremonies.

★ Conduct regular client demos.

★ Review products to ensure clients receive top notch work.

★ Give weekly and monthly progress reports to the client and the management.

★ Plan hiring to make sure adequate team strength needed for project delivery.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 -

★ Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken is a must for this role.

★ Should have very strong analytical and people skills.

★ Should be confident, organized, humble, patient, quick learner and most importantly driven to excel.
