Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our growing IT product-based team. The role requires someone who is capable of managing project timelines, resources, and communications for various product domains such as Loan, Fintech, CRM, ERP, and E-commerce. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while also maintaining a smooth flow of information across all project stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Management: Coordinate and oversee the execution of projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within the defined scope.

  • Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively across different teams, ensuring smooth collaboration between product managers, developers, designers, and QA teams.

  • Scheduling & Tracking: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines, track progress, and ensure milestones are achieved on time.

  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all project-related information is communicated effectively.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting notes, and risk assessments.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and issues, and proactively work on resolutions or mitigations to ensure projects stay on track.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, changes, and potential delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination within IT product development, specifically for Fintech, CRM, ERP, E-commerce, or similar domains.

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or Fintech products is a plus.
