We are looking for - Digital : Enterprise Integration

Experience: 6 -13 Years

Location: Kolkata

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) -

· 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure automation with deep hands-on expertise in PowerShell and Ansible.

· Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration and Active Directory.

· Proven experience automating infrastructure in cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-prem environments.

· Solid understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and security hardening in enterprise environments.

· Experience in hybrid cloud environments integrating on-prem data centers with public cloud services.

· Proficiency with Windows/ Linux system administration and configuration.

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and infrastructure provisioning tools (e.g., Terraform, Azure Resource Manager).

· Understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.

· Knowledge of configuration management best practices and compliance frameworks.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role -

1 Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate Windows system administration tasks.

2 Design and implement automation scripts using PowerShell for Windows infrastructure and services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.).

3 Develop and manage Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules for automating Windows/Linux/Unix systems configuration and deployment.

4 Automate infrastructure provisioning, patch management, application deployment and configuration across On-Prem, Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Hybrid Platforms.

5 Lead initiatives to standardize and scale infrastructure automation across global environments.

6 Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks.

7 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Cloud, Security, DevOps, Networking) to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure solutions.

8 Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures and infrastructure configuration issues.

9 Ensure all scripts and automation tools follow coding and security best practices.

10 Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes to ensure system reliability and uptime.

11 Maintain documentation for automation workflows, scripts, and standard operating procedures.

12 Maintain thorough documentation of automation frameworks, scripts, standard operating procedures standards and deployment workflows.
