Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and acquire new clients for

    dedicated developer hiring services

  • Generate leads through

    cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events

  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to convert prospects into long-term clients. 
  • Negotiate and close deals with

    decision-makers (CTOs, Hiring Managers, Founders, and CEOs)

  • Research and analyze industries where

    IT outsourcing and dedicated developers

    are in high demand. 
  • Ensure a seamless client experience from

    initial consultation to developer onboarding

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to

    encourage repeat business and referrals

  • Achieve and exceed

    monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Work closely with internal teams (

    recruitment, marketing

    ) to refine sales strategies. 
  • Track and report key performance metrics, including

    lead conversions and revenue growth

  • Travel as required

    to meet clients and attend industry events. 

 


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience

    in

    business development, IT sales, or IT outsourcing services

  • Proven track record of

    acquiring clients for IT recruitment, dedicated developer hiring, or staff augmentation

  • Strong understanding of

    software development roles and technologies

    (Frontend, Backend, Full-Stack, DevOps, AI, etc.). 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

     
  • Experience with

    CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound sales techniques

  • Ability to

    work independently, close deals, and drive business growth
