Job details:

8 - 10 years hands on experience in the areas of Installation of servers, networking

and Microsoft Products including MS Office, MS Project, MS SQL

Professional Qualification:

● Certification in Hardware & Networking (JCHNP), MCSE & CCNA courses

● Knowledge about Microsoft Office Installation and troubleshooting is mandatory

● Knowledge on MS Project will be an additional advantage

● Knowledge on Cloud computing and handling data centres will be an additional advantage

To manage IT infrastructure

· To manage allocation of desktops, laptops and printers on an ongoing basis.

· Trouble shooting and to extend technical support for faulty and error resolutions for

desktops & laptops for all operating systems like Microsoft etc.

· To ensure uninterrupted connectivity through various networking components on an ongoing

basis. Like Crimping, Punching etc.

· To ensure preventive and proactive maintenance of the Desktops & Laptops.

· To ensure regular virus patch updates every month if any.

· Installation & configuration of Microsoft office including troubleshooting

· To configure the Microsoft outlook & troubleshoot the same.

· To provide permissions on data server in accordance with the company’s policy .

· To regularize backup of user data on server & also handle NAs device.

User Management

 To allot computers/laptop to new joiners on the day of joining.

 To ensure that correct software is installed in the respective system.

 To train new users to process on system security and basic usage of email service.

 To close calls with internal users within the desired time frame and maintain log of complaints and

closure the same.

 Research and installing new software’s as per user requirements.

 To configure emails on Mobile phones which supports email configuration on the device.

Database Management

· Manage Database of all IT Infrastructures and maintain Inventory.

· Implement data backup & restore procedures.

· Schedule automatic data backup of outlook data on server
