We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UNIX/Linux environments, strong scripting skills, and hands-on experience with middleware, monitoring, deployed applications, and production issue resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring stability, performance, and availability of mission-critical systems in a 247 operational context.
Educational Qualification : BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA 5+ Years of Experience in UNIX ( Solaris /HP-UX/AIX) /LINUX (Redhat/Suse/Fedora ) production Support . Experience in application support & maintenance activities on UNIX/LINUX/WINDOWS platform. Hands on experience in UNIX commands and shell scripting. Hands on experience in Release/deployment activities & ticket handling. Experience in Apache/WebLogic/JBOSS/TOMCAT/FUSE/Service Mix , IIS , Microsoft .NET Framework, 2019 server Good in verbal and written communication and Presentation skill. Good knowledge in Monitoring tools, Sentry, Zabbix, AppDynamics & Splunk for alert creation. knowledge on Oracle / SQL server ( Only SQL ) Knowledge on Middle ware technologies ( MQ Series /Tibco ) Excellent analytical skills for troubleshooting and resolution of production issues within SLA. Creative approach to problem solving. Ready to work in shifts (24X7) - rotation. Knowledge on Jenkins pipeline, Kubernetes, Racher & Grafana
