Translate complex business processes into technical solutions with data flow diagrams, ERDs, and architecture artifacts. Design cross-cloud data architecture, including real-time and batch data exchange. Configure and manage record types, page layouts, Lightning pages, Lightning flows, and Dynamic Forms across modules. Lead customization using Apex classes, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, future methods, and triggers. Oversee UI/UX enhancements using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and mobile compatibility considerations. Define governance frameworks around object sharing, role hierarchies, permission sets, and data visibility. Ensure API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, Named Credentials, External Services, or MuleSoft. Architect multi-org and multi-site strategies for brands and loyalty tiers. Establish CI/CD pipelines using SFDX, Git, Jenkins, or Copado. Perform code reviews, enforce secure development practices (CRUD/FLS enforcement), and handle performance tuning. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and security teams for end-to-end release management and rollback planning. Core Technical Competencies Sales Cloud: Lead-to-cash processes, opportunity splits, collaborative forecasting, CPQ, quote-to-order workflows. Service Cloud: Case assignment logic, SLAs/entitlements, Email-to-Case, Chat, Omni-Channel Routing, Knowledge Base. Field Service Lightning (FSL): Work Order Management, Service Appointments, Skill-Based Scheduling, Resource Absence, Mobile App, Gantt Chart, Maintenance Plans, Time Sheets. Loyalty Cloud: Tiers & Benefits, Program Members, Transactions, Points Ledger, Accrual & Redemption Rules, Integration with eCommerce, POS & CDP. Advanced Apex (Triggers, Queues, Batchable Interfaces), LWC, Flow Orchestration, Dynamic Interactions. Develop fire and life safety strategies and design solutions in compliance with local and international codes and standards.
