Ability to deliver creative content ideas. Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels. Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. Well organized with great time management skills. Outstanding project management skills. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Being bilingual is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to develop strategic influencer marketing approaches aligned with campaign objectives and brand goals. Identify and engage suitable influencers, negotiate competitive content rates, and ensure all contractual agreements are in place. Leverage social listening tools to gain insights into target audiences and emerging trends, working closely with the operations team. Partner with internal teams, client stakeholders, and content specialists to shape and execute impactful social media strategies. Monitor and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and consistently high-quality output. Craft compelling proposals and pitch decks in response to client briefs, presenting innovative ideas and strategic improvements to senior decision-makers.
