Role Overview

What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to potential brand clients across sectors (D2C, FMCG, fashion, tech, etc.)
• Pitch our influencer marketing services and convert leads into clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing decision-makers
• Collaborate with our in-house team to close and execute deals
• Represent the agency professionally in all client interactions

You’re a Great Fit If You Have

• Experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or partnerships (preferably in marketing, media, PR, or influencer space)
• A strong network of brand managers, CMOs, founders, or marketing teams
• Excellent communication and pitching skills
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
• Prior experience closing deals or managing accounts (preferred, not mandatory)

Compensation

• Commission-Based:

  Earn a fixed % per closed deal (can increase based on performance or volume)
• Bonus incentives for retainer clients or recurring business
• No cap on earnings — your income grows with every deal you close
