Business Development Consultant (Kollam Area)

We are looking for a motivated and well-connected individual to collaborate with us as a Business Development Consultant for our ventures in Kollam and other strategic locations. The ideal person or organisation will leverage their local insights, market expertise, and professional network to identify and initiate new business opportunities across our diverse portfolio, which includes sectors such as real estate development, e-sports, dry fruits and nuts, and international partnerships, particularly in Africa.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity structured as a consulting or partnership-based engagement, ideal for a dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial mindset who can conceptualise, attract, and facilitate potential ventures, collaborations, or developments that contribute to the sustainable growth and expansion of our group’s assets across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and develop new business ideas or ventures suitable for the building and local market.

· Leverage existing networks to attract investors, business owners, or franchise partners.

· Conduct basic market research to assess feasibility of proposed businesses.

· Collaborate with the property owner to plan and execute new projects.

· Provide strategic recommendations on improving the business potential of the property.

Requirements:

· Strong local network with HNI’s and business people.

· Background in business development, real estate, retail, or consultancy preferred.

· Entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and bring actionable ideas to execution.

Engagement Type:

· Consultancy / Commission-based / Partnership model (not a full-time salaried role).

· Compensation will be discussed based on results and agreements.
