The company is dedicated to redefining the tuition system, starting in Varanasi and expanding rapidly across India. **Key Responsibilities:** - Counsel parents on Aacharya's unique education model and its benefits through field visits and calls. - Conduct home demos and academic assessments post lead generation or appointment scheduling. - Clearly communicate pricing, EMI options, and scholarship-based enrollment offers. - Achieve monthly sales targets through direct enrollments and on-spot closures. - Maintain follow-ups, lead records, and sales activities in the CRM system. - Collaborate with teachers and academic staff for smooth post-sales handovers. - Represent the brand professionally and reliably. **Qualifications Required:** - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi. - Willingness to learn sales psychology and excel in parent counseling. - Readiness to work on-field, manage demo schedules, and independently close sales. - Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream. - Possession of a driving license & Two-wheeler. - Access to Wi-Fi Connection. - Availability of a Working Laptop & Smartphone.
