Job Description

As a Business Development Consultant at Digituall in Bhubaneswar, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating sales leads through proactive outbound sales activities via phone, email, and in-person meetings with potential customers. - Developing and nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences, identifying areas of improvement to enhance client experiences. - Providing expert consultation to prospective and active clients regarding the best solutions for their marketing and business needs. - Offering detailed product or service information, addressing customer inquiries about the solutions, benefits, scope, and pricing of the products or services offered. - Crafting and presenting sales proposals to customers, engaging in price negotiation and contract discussions as necessary. - Collaborating with various departments like marketing, customer service, finance, HR, and the business team to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and increased revenue generation. - Utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) software to effectively manage customer interactions, sales activities, and the sales pipeline. - Meeting or surpassing sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by management. - Participating in training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A proven track record of successful sales experience in the relevant industry. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals. - Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management software, such as Zoho or HubSpot. - A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Knowledge of digital marketing activities and a fundamental understanding of marketing. - A total of 5+ years of sales and consulting experience. - Minimum 3 years of agency experience. - At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and consultative sales.
