Business Development Consultant

We are seeking a results-driven Business Consultant with 2+ years of experience in IT services sales. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, consulting with clients to understand their IT requirements, and proposing appropriate technology solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services and solutions.
• Understand client business needs and provide consultative IT sales solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful handover.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Track sales activities and maintain CRM records.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT services sales or business consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, cloud, digital solutions, or managed services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

• B2B sales experience in an IT services environment.
• Exposure to CRM tools and sales pipelines.
