Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to develop strategic influencer marketing approaches aligned with campaign objectives and brand goals.
• Identify and engage suitable influencers, negotiate competitive content rates, and ensure all contractual agreements are in place.
• Leverage social listening tools to gain insights into target audiences and emerging trends, working closely with the operations team.
• Partner with internal teams, client stakeholders, and content specialists to shape and execute impactful social media strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, delivering actionable insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and consistently high-quality output.
• Craft compelling proposals and pitch decks in response to client briefs, presenting innovative ideas and strategic improvements to senior decision-makers.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, fostering strong relationships with clients and influencers alike.
