Influencer Marketing Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers.
  • Execute influencer campaigns from planning to reporting, ensuring timely delivery and content quality.
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.
  • Track campaign performance and generate regular reports on KPIs such as engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the social media, content, and product teams to align influencer activities with brand goals.
  • Stay updated with influencer trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging creators.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics and influencer analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
