Influencer Marketing & Operations Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing & Operations Executive to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from creator sourcing and negotiation to execution, performance tracking, and reporting. The ideal candidate will blend marketing creativity with strong operational discipline to ensure smooth campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant influencers across social platforms.

• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets in line with campaign goals.

• Develop creative briefs and ensure content aligns with brand tone and guidelines.

• Track deliverables, approvals, and performance metrics throughout each campaign.

• Maintain and update influencer databases, campaign trackers, and performance reports.

• Coordinate cross-functionally with creative, finance, and media teams to ensure timely execution.

• Analyze campaign outcomes, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights for future initiatives.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital campaign management.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign tracking systems.

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
