Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships Lead

As a results-driven professional with hands-on experience in influencer marketing and brand partnerships, your role will involve sourcing brand deals, identifying the right creators, and executing creative, content-driven campaigns that deliver measurable impact. - Identify and onboard brands for strategic collaborations and influencer-led campaigns. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers and creators aligned with brand goals. - Proactively pitch and secure brand deals and partnerships to drive campaign opportunities. - Develop creative campaign concepts that integrate brand narratives with influencer content. - Create detailed campaign briefs and ensure deliverables meet brand tone and guidelines. - Manage campaign execution including deliverables, timelines, approvals, and budgets. - Coordinate with creative, paid media, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution. - Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI for continuous optimization. - Maintain and grow a strong database of influencers, brands, and performance metrics. Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital campaign management. - Proven experience in sourcing and closing brand deals and managing creator-brand collaborations. - Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems and social media platforms. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. - Ability to think creatively while driving performance-oriented campaigns. - Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and campaign tracking/reporting tools.
