1. Social Media Executive Responsibilities Develop & execute social-media strategy – work with marketing and communications teams to build brand awareness and maintain an “assertive brand outreach” across multiple platforms. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn. Content creation & curation – create relevant and versatile content (posts, images, videos and infographics) that promotes the brand, engages audiences and drives engagement. Community management – act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, respond to followers and maintain brand consistency across all social channels. Analytics & reporting – monitor social-media accounts, produce performance reports and analyse metrics to identify what content works and how to refine strategy. Collaborate with influencers and cross-functional teams – manage outreach with third-party influencers, plan events/webinars and coordinate with content, graphics and marketing teams to meet deadlines. Posting on social handles – ensure consistent and timely publishing across all brand platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience – at least three years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, web design and social-media management. Communication & organisation – excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently. Platform & analytics expertise – proficient with major social-media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn), familiar with customer-service practices and experienced with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social-media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite. Educational background (preferred) – bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing or a related field, plus knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital-marketing techniques. 💰 CTC: Rs. 3,60,000 per annum 2. Social Media CopywriterResponsibilities Create engaging copy – write and edit compelling posts, captions, headlines and ad copy for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. Collaborate & plan – work closely with marketing teams to align messaging with campaign goals and develop content calendars outlining posting schedules. Optimize content – use relevant hashtags, keywords and SEO principles to improve reach and engagement. Monitor performance & adjust – analyze social-media metrics and adjust copy strategies accordingly. Stay current & engage – keep up-to-date with trends and platform innovations, engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages and conduct competitor research to identify opportunities. Posting on social handles – manage daily content updates across brand platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications Education & experience – bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English or a related field (or journalism/communications) plus 2–3 years of experience in social-media copywriting. Writing & editing proficiency – excellent writing and editing skills with strong grammar and attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent brand voice across channels. Platform & tool expertise – knowledge of social-media algorithms and SEO, proficiency with management/scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social, and familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Creative & organisational skills – strong creative thinking and ability to develop innovative content strategies; good time-management and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
