*Role Overview:*

Handle end-to-end influencer campaigns — from creator sourcing and negotiation to execution, tracking, and reporting. Manage both marketing strategy and daily operational workflows.


*Key Responsibilities:*


* Identify and onboard relevant influencers.

* Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

* Create briefs and ensure content aligns with brand tone.

* Track deliverables, approvals, and campaign performance.

* Maintain influencer databases and reports.

* Coordinate with creative, finance, and paid media teams.

* Analyze ROI and optimize future campaigns.


*Requirements:*


* 1–3 years of experience in influencer or digital marketing.

* Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

* Good understanding of social platforms and influencer tools.

* Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and campaign tracking.

* Influencer partnerships activated

* Campaign reach & engagement

* ROI and timely execution
