Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in New Delhi. The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and building relationships with influencers, creating and managing content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for better results. The role includes managing budgets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall brand strategy. The candidate will also be expected to stay updated with industry trends and emerging influencers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Influencer Marketing, including developing and executing campaigns
• Strong relationship-building skills with influencers and partners
• Proficiency in content creation and management
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies
• Budget management and contract negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Up-to-date with industry trends and emerging influencers
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Experience in Ecommerce or digital marketing is a plus
