What You’ll Do

• Source and onboard influencers across categories (beauty, lifestyle, food, fashion, parenting, etc.)
• Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end (briefing, timelines, approvals, posting, reporting)
• Communicate with creators regarding deliverables, content guidelines, and timelines
• Track live campaigns and ensure content is posted as per brand requirements
• Maintain influencer databases, pricing, availability, and performance records
• Assist in campaign reporting (reach, engagement, performance insights)
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform changes
• Support senior managers in campaign planning and execution

Who You Are

• 0–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media (internships count)
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and influencer content formats
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Comfortable working with multiple creators and tight deadlines
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about content, creators, and digital culture
