Role Overview

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Executive with a strong influencer network and proven ability to organize collaborations and meetups. The ideal candidate must possess minimum verified data of 2,000 influencers across niches and hands-on experience in influencer outreach, campaign execution, and event coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and manage a strong influencer database (minimum 2,000+ verified influencers).
• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Negotiate collaborations, barter deals, and paid partnerships with influencers.
• Organize and manage influencer meetups, networking sessions, and brand events.
• Track campaign performance, generate reports, and analyze ROI.
• Stay updated with emerging influencers, social media trends, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with brand managers and content teams for campaign alignment.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, PR, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing (agency/brand side preferred).
• Must have verified personal database of 2,000+ influencers across various niches.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently organize and manage influencer meetups/events.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and influencer marketing platforms is an added advantage.

• Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
