Role: Influencer Marketing Associate

Full-Time | On-site


Ayuvya is looking for an execution-strong, ROI-focused Influencer Marketing Associate to drive creator collaborations. This role is built for someone who understands performance, not just aesthetics, someone who treats influencer partnerships as a revenue engine, not a vanity activity just for instagram!


Key Responsibilities

1) Influencer Identification & Onboarding

– Scout and shortlist creators across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

– Maintain a live database of creators relevant to Ayuvya's product range target.

– Evaluate creators beyond follower count: audience quality, retention, hook style, and category fit.

– Run trial collaborations and scale only the high performers.


2) Campaign Planning & Execution

– Create monthly influencer calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, and performance needs.

– Write clear briefs, negotiate deliverables/pricing, and manage timelines end-to-end.

– Guide creators on correct product messaging, claims, and brand tone (Ayurvedic + wellness + modern).


3) Relationship Management

– Build long-term partnerships with creators who deliver consistent ROI.

– Manage agencies, talent managers, micro/macro influencers, and UGC creators.

– Oversee shoots, deliveries, approvals, and communication flows.


4) Performance Tracking & Optimisation

– Track performance of every influencer collaboration: views, saves, engagement, CTR, conversions, CPA/CAC.

– Analyse which messaging, creators, and formats convert best.

– Identify winning content for repurposing into performance ads.


5) Cross-Functional Collaboration

– Coordinate closely with performance marketing to help them convert influencer content into ad assets.

– Share creator insights with product, creative, and website teams.

– Work with operations to ensure timely dispatch, tracking, and stock alignment.


What We’re Looking For

– 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or social media (D2C experience preferred).

– Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem, especially wellness, beauty, and lifestyle segments.

– Ability to think performance-first—every collaboration must have a measurable outcome.

– Strong negotiation and communication skills.

– Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple creators at once.

– Comfortable with performance dashboards, Google Sheets, and basic analytics.

– Awareness of platform trends, hook styles, formats, and creator storytelling patterns.

– Someone who cares about money spent and tries to optimise cost like a bootstrapped founder.
