Influencer & Community Manager
(7+ years of experience) to lead our global influencer partnerships while also driving social media and community engagement. This high-impact role blends influencer relationship management, content strategy, and community building to strengthen UWorld's brand presence worldwide. You'll work across platforms, foster long-term connections with creators and audiences, and deliver campaigns that drive measurable awareness, engagement, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Partnerships
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers across regions and platforms
- Oversee influencer campaigns end-to-end, from sourcing and contracting to execution and performance tracking
- Build and maintain a robust influencer database and strengthen agency/creator partnerships
- Ensure cost-efficient deal-making and long-term collaboration opportunities
Community & Social Media
- Create and publish engaging content across all major social platforms to drive awareness and engagement
- Respond to comments and messages, fostering a vibrant, supportive community
- Lead the execution of evergreen community programs to maintain long-term engagement and loyalty
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to produce content that supports advertising, storytelling, and conversions
Partnerships & Growth
- Manage and optimize existing brand partnerships, coordinating with agencies and identifying new growth opportunities
- Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, social media, and community platforms to keep UWorld at the forefront
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in influencer marketing, and community management (with at least 3 in a senior role)
- Proven success in scaling influencer programs and managing campaign budgets
- Strong experience in social media content creation, publishing, and community building
- Hands-on experience managing online communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Facebook Groups)
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and crisis management skills
- Data-driven mindset with knowledge of social, influencer, and community analytics tools
- Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with global teams

- Growth of social community engagement and follower base
- Increase in campaign ROI through optimized influencer partnerships
- Successful launch and growth of branded community initiatives (e.g., Discord server)
