The Role

As a Guest Faculty specializing in Production & Operations Management, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening students’ understanding of how businesses run efficiently. Your expertise will help them excel in academic performance, industry readiness, and corporate placements.

You will:

✅ Deliver engaging, practical sessions on core Production & Operations concepts (e.g., process design, operations strategy, lean systems, supply chain, quality management).

✅ Conduct case-based workshops, simulations, and problem-solving sessions.

✅ Bring real-world insights into manufacturing, operations planning, quality assurance, and optimization.

✅ Guide students on the latest tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

✅ Mentor students and help them connect theory to practical business scenarios.

✅ Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

For Industry Experts

💼 5–20 years of hands-on experience in production, manufacturing, operations planning, supply chain, quality, Lean/Kaizen, or related functions.

🏭 Strong understanding of operational efficiency, process improvement, capacity planning, and plant operations.

📊 Experience with tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, TPM, TQM, ERP, or automation systems (preferred).

🎤 Ability to simplify complex concepts for students and deliver practical learning.

For Academicians

🎓 A strong academic background with a Master’s or Ph.D. in Operations, Supply Chain, Production, or related fields.

🏫 Significant experience teaching Production & Operations Management in reputed institutions.

📚 Expertise in curriculum delivery, student mentoring, and academic content creation.

🎤 Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
