Roles and Responsibility

  • Assist in managing front desk operations, including handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support housekeeping staff in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of facilities and equipment.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team as needed.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control processes.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance teamwork.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with hotel and restaurant operations is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
