Role Summary:

Support the sales division in executing marketing activities, handle client inquiries with timely technical and commercial responses, and drive business development efforts for pharmaceutical, lubricant, cement and industrial clients.

• Create marketing campaigns via email and print media
• Maintain and update CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho) with accurate client data
• Coordinate with LG marketing team for brochures, ads, and content tailored to the Indian market & Support senior sales managers in achieving regional sales targets
• Handle customer calls as directed by superiors
• Liaise with sales, regional offices, accounts, purchase, and IT teams
• Drive internal and external branding through PR and CSR activities
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
• Maintain marketing drive with updated literature
• Coordinate with Lechler GmbH marketing team for brochures, corporate guidelines, and publications

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in technical sales and marketing
• Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce)
• Good understanding of engineering calculations and application engineering
• Experience in offer preparation, negotiation, and closing deals
• Effective cross-functional coordination and communication skills
• Self-driven with a customer-first mindset

The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives, support sales cycles through promotional activities, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
