Job Description

As a Sales Coordinator, your role involves coordinating with prospective clients and arranging sales meetings. You will work closely with the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information and follow-ups. Additionally, you will prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients. Collaboration with other departments is essential to ensure seamless sales, marketing, addressing complaints & queries, and timely deliveries to customers. You will also coordinate with the Production Department for billing and transport of products. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with prospective clients and arrange sales meetings - Manage schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information and follow-ups - Prepare and follow up on sales quotations for clients - Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, addressing complaints & queries, and timely deliveries to customers - Coordinate with the Production Department for billing and transport of products Qualifications Required: - Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) - Experience: - Total work: 1 year - Sales: 1 year preferred In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers cell phone reimbursement as a benefit. The work location is in person. Please note that this is a full-time position suitable for freshers.,
