Key Responsibilities:

ProCon Activities:

Line setting, follow-up, and wiring coordination Efficiency & Productivity Monitoring: Conduct time and motion studies Analyze and report operator non-stick time Breakdown analysis and reporting

Line Optimization:

Line balancing for improved throughput Continuous improvement initiatives

Operational Planning:

Prepare operation bulletins for various bag styles Develop operation bulletins for Karur running styles Thread and material consumption planning and tracking

Training & Development:

Train new operator batches on methods and processes

Desired Candidate Profile:

Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related fields Strong analytical skills and knowledge of IE tools Excellent communication and team coordination abilities Prior experience in garment/apparel industry is an added advantage
