We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager in Industrial Engineering with 10-12 years of experience to lead high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration. The role involves managing risks, improving processes, and ensuring alignment between engineering design and operations teams. You will be responsible for delivering programs successfully while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage high-performing teams to achieve departmental goals and exceed performance expectations. Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams including Engineering Design and Operations to deliver complex programs, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks; develop contingency plans to minimize project impact. Develop and execute training and development programs targeted at leadership-level personnel. Communicate program plans, status updates, and technical information clearly and effectively to team members and senior management. Lead failure analysis efforts, guide root cause investigations, and support teams in problem resolution using advanced techniques. Manage customer relationships with professionalism, providing logical and effective solutions to technical issues. Drive continuous process improvements by implementing best practices aimed at increasing efficiency, quality, and productivity. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics or related engineering disciplines. 10-12 years of experience in industrial engineering with strong expertise in process flow, FMDA, and control plans. Proven experience in team management and leadership roles. Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills. Expertise in risk management and contingency planning. Skilled in developing and delivering leadership training programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences including management and technical teams. Advanced problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with failure analysis methodologies. Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
