You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Conducting Work Study & Time Study to analyze and improve production efficiency - Planning and controlling production processes - Implementing Method Improvement to enhance operational effectiveness - Balancing production lines to optimize workflow - Conducting Capacity Study to ensure effective resource utilization - Performing Data Analysis & Reporting to track performance metrics - Providing Training & Development opportunities for team members - Working on Cost Optimization initiatives to improve financial efficiency - Focusing on Quality Improvement to meet or exceed standards Qualifications required for this role include: - Previous experience in Production Planning and Control - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund.
