Job Description

Job Overview:

The Industrial Connectivity Specialist will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and delivery of telecommunication services to internal clients. The ideal candidate will be technically skilled, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. A deep understanding of telecommunications systems, IoT, and mobile technologies is essential, and fluency in English is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems and equipment.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on service performance and project status to management.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in telecommunications technology and industry trends.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications in IoT, MPN are highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, network security, and data protection principles.
  • Experience with compliance audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions are a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively collaborating with multiple departments.

Nice to Have:

  • Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications systems, including IoT, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LTE-M, Private APN, Mobile Private Network (4G/5G/CBRS), Geofencing, and network infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in using telecommunications management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple services simultaneously.

Other Details:

This role may be performed in a hybrid model, allowing for a combination of remote work and on-site presence. The position demands a strong commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
