Indirect Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:

· To act as fiduciary repos (repository) for all indirect taxation matters, appearance, representation, submission and internal compliance.

· Act and advise on bidding and other pre-contractual as well as post contractual arrangements wherever indirect tax is involved.

· Monthly, quarterly and annual compliances for returns and related workings, review.

· Internal coordination with other dept for smooth execution of routine work and SOP implementation.

· Review of audit and assessment related work and external coordination with authorities.

· Coordination witth clients for taxation matters.

· Adherance of all statutory compliances in timely manner.

· Adherance of budget and other internal formalities for efficient management of indirect taxation.

Key Skills:

· Primary and core expertise in Goods and Service tax and other indirect taxation regulations

· Cash Flow Management

· Accounting & taxation IT Applications / system implementation awareness / usage / experience

· Financial and Commercial Acumen

· Direct atxation related awareness and its cross implication on indirect taxation

· Applicability of accounting standards and financial reporting

· Risk Management

· Vendor Management
