Indirect Tax Manager

As an Indirect Tax Manager at BDMV & Co., Chartered Accountants, your primary responsibility will be overseeing day-to-day tasks related to tax compliance, specifically in the area of Indirect Taxation and Goods and Services Tax (GST). You will play a crucial role in managing the filing of GST returns for clients, handling indirect taxation notices, scrutinies, and appeals, and supervising all GST-related activities. Furthermore, you will be required to provide valuable advice to clients on indirect tax matters, meticulously prepare and review tax returns, and ensure strict adherence to relevant laws and regulations. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong proficiency in Tax Compliance, with a keen understanding of Indirect Taxation and GST. Previous experience in visiting the GST department will be highly beneficial. Your role will demand excellent analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication and interpersonal skills. The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, while experience in the advisory field would be considered a significant advantage.
