About Team:
Sam’s Chakra and Tender Planner team is responsible for the platform applications of the Sam’s Chakra for all the slot management and the migration to WCP SchaaS on the platform journey and embrace Tender planner for the smart allocation of the tenders for the WCP.
What you'll do:
With thousands of orders and transactions occurring daily across the Omni channel, serving the slots , their authenticity and serving the slots is a challenge.Employ the best in-house WCNP principles, our team developed platform applications that serves the slots and also serves all the tenders.By unifying the slot management to serving all the omnichannel touch points on the platform, enabling the payments in handling the transactions, we could enhance customer experience, retention and renewal rates
