Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.What you'll do...We're seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in full-stack development to join our team. As a Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using Java and MERN stacks. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.Responsibilities:Design and develop software applications using Java and MERN stacksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirementsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeParticipate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standardsTroubleshoot and debug software issuesDevelop and maintain technical documentationStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologiesParticipate in agile development methodologies and iterative development cyclesRequirements:2-4 years of experience in full-stack development with exposure to Java and MERN stacksBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fieldStrong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologiesProficiency in Java and MERN stackExperience with version control systems such as GitStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Azure or GCPKnowledge of containerization using DockerFamiliarity with DevOps practices and toolsCertification in Java, Springboot and MERN Stack
