We are seeking a motivated Inbound Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into customers. This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for sales and a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through inbound calls and emails to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to prospects.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
