Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits to prospects. Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies. Skills and Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Diploma / B.E., in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field. • 2–4 years of field experience in servicing vending machines or similar equipment(router, refrigerator, AC, washing machine home applicance). • Basic understanding of electrical circuits, sensors, and wiring. • Knowledge of microcontrollers and basic software interface is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel and work on-site regularly. • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Must 2–4 years of experience in inbound/inside sales, lead qualification, or tele calling. Must be fluent in Tamil, English, and Hindi—spoken and written. Excellent communication skills—articulate, active listener, and empathetic. Basic knowledge of B2B or HoReCa sales is a plus. Proficiency in Excel or CRM tools is desirable. Self-motivated, structured, and consistent in follow-ups Must have a two-wheeler (or arrange within 1 month)
