Inbound Sales Executive

As an Inbound Sales Representative in the construction industry, your primary role will involve handling incoming sales inquiries and providing suitable solutions to clients. You will play a crucial part in building strong relationships with prospective clients and driving revenue growth through efficient lead conversion. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling and responding to all inbound sales inquiries via various channels such as phone, email, website forms, and walk-ins. - Qualifying leads and assessing customer requirements to recommend appropriate construction services or solutions. - Providing detailed information about pricing, timelines, materials, and construction processes. - Maintaining updated knowledge of company offerings across residential, commercial, and infrastructure-related services. - Coordinating with internal teams like estimators, project managers, and technical teams to ensure accurate information delivery to clients. - Keeping detailed records of client interactions and updating the CRM system with lead and sales information. - Following up with potential customers to progress leads through the sales pipeline. - Collaborating with marketing and business development teams to support campaigns and promotions. - Preparing quotations or proposals and assisting clients through the decision-making process. - Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly inbound sales targets. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree. - 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience, with experience in the construction or building materials industry being a plus. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to comprehend and discuss technical details of construction services and solutions. - Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools. - Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude. - Highly organized and capable of managing multiple inquiries simultaneously.
