We are seeking an experienced Import & Export Executive to manage end-to-end international trade operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with logistics partners, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining smooth communication with overseas clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complete import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, BOE, COO, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearing agents
Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery
Communicate with international clients and suppliers regarding shipment status
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, DGFT norms, and international trade laws
Manage duties, taxes, and related logistics costs
Resolve shipment, documentation, or customs-related issues

Requirements:

3–4 years of experience in import & export operations
Strong knowledge of customs procedures and trade documentation
Familiarity with international logistics and compliance requirements
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office
