As an Import Export Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of import and export operations with efficiency and precision. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing import and export operations, which involves handling documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. - Developing and nurturing relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials. - Negotiating contracts and agreements with international partners to ensure smooth transactions. - Ensuring compliance with trade regulations and laws to avoid any legal issues. - Analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for business growth. - Overseeing transportation and delivery of goods to guarantee timely and cost-effective shipments. - Handling import/export paperwork, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. - Resolving any issues or disputes related to import/export activities promptly. - Staying updated with changes in import/export regulations and trade agreements. - Collaborating with other departments like sales, marketing, and finance to align import/export activities with overall business objectives. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce. - A Master's in Import Export can be an added advantage. - Female candidates are preferred. - Excellent communication skills.
